Spin spin spin

There’s a lot of talk about how vinyl has better sound quality or something solid and tangible. Whatever. The point is that there’s no “next button”, no shuffle, no rewinding.

You just put the record on and for the first time in your day for 20 minutes a side you just don’t futz with the darn thing.

You sit and actively listen without being excepted to say something supportive, insightful or charming back.

At least that’s why I like vinyl.
