Dear Tumblr, Please fix the Insert/Edit Image button so that images added with that button show up in the dashboard.  While you are at it please allow GIF uploads to animate.  This is more important than a directory or trends or a map or whatever else you are working on that is not basic functionality. Dear people on tumblr, My last post also had an image, a punch line if you will. Go to it here to see what you missed by looking at it in your dashboard. The St. Paul Police Department is taking community policing efforts to the Internet. A new Facebook page allows citizens to become "fans" of the police department. They can leave comments, and learn about what the officers are up to.
