Moviehole reports that several young actresses (late 20’s to early 30’s) will be visiting Warner Bros. this week to meet with Nolan and producers. Security is so tight on the film that many of the leading ladies don’t know what role they’ll be reading for.
How long until Natalie Portman’s name gets thrown around?
Also, I’m good with anyone other than Ellen Page.
I predict that this movie will un-seat Avatar as new King of the World.
Poison Ivy played by Scar Jo. Make it happen people.
A coworker of mine split with her SO this past weekend. Her SO showed up with hikeys and that’s when it came out that they had been seeing several other people met off the web, exchanging cellphone photos, and then they had taken her car to met.
I’m not claiming to have the world’s most stressful job; but our job does basically consist of being yelled at by strangers for 8 hours a day. I don’t blame her for taking a halfday; hell, she’s a trooper for even coming in today.
I learned something important about shipping today
Fedex is about 10 billion times better than UPS. If fedex can’t deliver your package (because you live in an apartment building for example) you can preemptively have them hold the package at a nearby fedex or kinkos of your choice (which are pretty much all over). With UPS if they can’t deliver then you can maybe get it at one of their like three in the whole damn world shipping centers and you can’t even pick which one. Their online map is the worse part of it; guess what assholes; broadway Ave on the roseville boarder isn’t 15 minutes away if you don’t have a car; it’s so far away and out of the way that it had might as well be forever. Thanks for being such a bag of dicks; there’s a UPS store half a mile from my apartment and if you were fedex I’d have my shipment already.
My USI wireless modem showed up today. I had it all put together and set up for optimal placement in about 15 minutes; I would have been quicker but someone had assembled the mounting bracket upside-down. Anyway. I once again have internet that measures in Mb/s instead of Kb/s. I didn’t realized I had missed it until just now.
